We provide a combination of shared and 1:1 depending on assessed support needs of each young person. We have a dedicated team of support staff who with experience and right attitude to quickly form healthy and respectful relationships with our young people to help them settle as well as sustain their placements. We have robust and Smart Safer Recruitment and Selection Policy & Procedures in place. Not only does this policy ensure that we have enough staff cover to run an effective service but guarantees that we have appropriately and suitably qualified staff with relevant experience who are competently matched to roles to ensure that the service we provide is person-centred, safe and responsive to meet the outcomes of our young people.

Jireh Services believes that change is always possible, and that behaviour is within the control of the individual.
